All tour bookings are subject to availability. A deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the tour departure date. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Bella Italia Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Bella Italia Tours. We are not responsible for any consequential losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss of baggage, and other potential risks associated with travel. Bella Italia Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by you if you do not have adequate travel insurance.
Bella Italia Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of these independent contractors. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third party.
Our liability to you for any claim arising out of your tour is limited to the amount you paid to Bella Italia Tours for the tour.
Bella Italia Tours reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or local events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements, but we are not liable for any costs or losses incurred by you as a result of these changes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your travel to Italy. Bella Italia Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by you if you are denied entry into Italy due to invalid travel documents.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any health requirements for your travel to Italy, including vaccinations and COVID-19 related protocols. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before traveling to Italy.
You are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during your tour. Bella Italia Tours reserves the right to terminate your tour if you engage in any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or illegal. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.
